
Accessing Your Parent Account in PowerSchool
For parents to access PowerSchool grades, attendance, forms, and fees please follow these steps:
- Open the internet browser on your computer.
- Type https://archmil.powerschool.com/public into the address bar.
- Select Sign In or Create Account.
Forgot your login and/or password? Please follow the steps on the screen to reset the information.
Need to create an account? Please contact the school office for initial login and password information.

The following forms should be completed in PowerSchool.
Student Demographics – REQUIRED – This form is populated with information provided to the school at the time of enrollment. Please check to make sure all information is correct. Information for Parent/Guardian 3 and Parent/Guardian 4 may remain blank. Click Submit or Submit for Family if you have more than one student with identical Parent/Guardian information.
Emergency Contact/Medical – REQUIRED – This is a new form and at least ONE Emergency Contact should be completed. Student Medical Information at the bottom of the form should also be completed before clicking Submit or Submit for Family.
General Consent Form for Child Photo, Video, and Audio Use – REQUIRED – Please read the statement and consent Yes or No before clicking Submit or Submit for Family. NOTE: Shepherd of the Hills does not identify or tag individual students or parents on its websites or social media.
Medical Provider Authorization Form for Prescription Medication – Please complete this form ONLY if prescription medication is to be administered to a student during the school day. (EPI Pens, Inhalers, Prescribed Medication)
Parent/Guardian Medication Authorization Form for Non-Prescription Medication – Please complete this form ONLY if non-prescription medication is to be administered to a student during the school day. (Over the Counter Medication)
Health Care Accommodations Plan – REQUIRED – Please answer Yes or No before clicking Submit or Submit for Family. If you answer Yes, please submit your plan to the school office before school starts, so accommodations can be discussed and made.
Student Acceptable Use Policy – REQUIRED – Please read and discuss the policy with your student before submitting.
