What is RaiseRight (Scrip)?
RaiseRight (Scrip) is an ongoing fundraiser at Shepherd of the Hills. The RaiseRight (Scrip) program purchases prepaid gift cards from retailers at varying discounts of 2%-20%. This percentage is the profit earned that can be applied to the parish general fund, school tuition, and religious education fees. Despite being a fundraiser, there’s no additional spending for you. RaiseRight (Scrip) is designed to raise money on everyday purchases.
At Shepherd of the Hills, 95% of your RaiseRight (Scrip) profit can be applied to the program of your choosing — the parish general fund, school tuition (3K-8), religious education, or SMSA High School. 5% of the profit is retained to cover the cost of the RaiseRight (Scrip) program.
In addition, family and friends can complete paperwork to delegate their RaiseRight (Scrip) credit to your tuition account. To use family and friends’ RaiseRight (Scrip) credit for your tuition, YOU must be an active RaiseRight (Scrip) user.
- An active RaiseRight (Scrip) user is defined as placing one order per month, minimum.
- If you are not an active RaiseRight (Scrip) user, the family and friends’ profits will be directed to parish expenses.
Placing a RaiseRight (Scrip) Order & Pick Up Availability
All orders to be processed MUST be received before the start of 8:15 am Mass on Sundays.
Online Scrip orders may be placed anytime during the week with the use of your bank account or credit card only. Reloads and eGift Cards are also available for those who order online. Scrip users who order online via the RaiseRight app have the option of having Scrip cards mailed directly to their homes. This is a great option for those who cannot make it to drop off or pick up.
If you are planning to place a paper Scrip order, place your Scrip order in the Scrip box outside the coffee house or in the school office.
Scrip orders can be picked up immediately after 8:15 am Mass on Sundays between the gift shop and parish office doors. Look for a volunteer distributing Scrip. If not picked up at that time, they will be directed to the parish office.

- Monday- 6:30 am to 2:30 pm
- Tuesday- 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Wednesday- 6:30 am to 2:30 pm
- Thursday- 6:30 am to 2:00 pm
- Closed on Fridays
If you have a back-ordered item, it will be available for pick up at the parish office. Backorders are ready for pick up on Wednesdays.
