Admission Policy
Non-Refundable Registration Fee: $30.00 per family
Before and After School Child Care is open to any child enrolled in the 3K through 8th grade at Shepherd of the Hills Catholic School.
For placement in the Shepherd of the Hills Child Care Program, please submit the following:
- Child Care Registration Form and Child Care Registration Fee
- Archdiocesan Custody Form, if applicable
Parents and students must abide by the policies in the Shepherd of the Hills Catholic School Family Handbook and the Shepherd of the Hills Before and After School Child Care Program Handbook.
Attendance Policy
Morning Care: Please contact a Child Care Director by 7:00 pm the evening before if your child(ren) will not be attending child care the following morning.
After School Care: Please contact a Child Care Director by 2:00 pm if your child(ren) will not be attending child care between 3:00 pm – 5:30 pm the same day.
One week’s advance notice is required for family vacations.
Billing & Payments
Hourly Child Care Rate
$4.50 per student, per hour
All fees for child care are billed monthly in the Student Information System – PowerSchool. (Example: Child Care services September 1 – 30 are billed the first week of October).
Students in child care for less than one hour in an entire month will be billed for the full hourly cost of child care.
Payment can be made in person (cash or check) or online. Checks should be made payable to Shepherd of the Hills or SOTH.
If you do not give notice for your child(ren) not attending child care by the stated times of 7:00 pm the evening before for morning child care or 2:00 pm for afternoon child care, the full hourly cost per child will be billed to your account.
Contact the school Principal to make payment arrangements if you cannot keep up with the monthly payments.
Child Care services may be revoked if you have an outstanding bill and make no effort to make payment arrangements.
