Frequently Asked Questions

Admission Policies

Shepherd of the Hills follows admission policies and guidelines set by the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. The parish and school respect the dignity of each child. Neither race, nationality nor other forms of discrimination prevent a child from being accepted in the school. In addition, Shepherd of the Hills has adopted the following steps for enrolling students:

  • Families who already have children enrolled in the school will have first opportunity and preference.

Enrollment of new families follows these guidelines:

  • Preference is given to registered Shepherd of the Hills parishioners according to the date they registered in the parish.
  • Among Shepherd of the Hills parishioners, preference is given to families living in the geographic boundaries of the Campbellsport School District.
  • Preference will be given to Catholic vs. non-Catholic families because we are a Catholic parish school.
  • Non-parishioners living within the geographic school district boundaries receive preference over those not living in the area.

Admission requirements are:

  • Completed registration form with registration fee
  • Copy of immunization record
  • Copy of baptismal certificate (for those not baptized at Shepherd of the Hills)
  • The student must meet age or grade placement requirements
